legal heritage
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg's wisdom to Crawford Rose?
The late Justice Ginsburg was very gracious in meeting with the attorneys admitted to the Supreme Court in 2012. When I asked Justice Ginsburg if she had ever settled a case on the courthouse steps, she smiled and gave no answer. In fact, cases in the Supreme Court are usually incapable of being resolved amicably because important social questions are in tension with the law.

A Changing New Orleans
A Very Challenging Legal Environment
Hurricanes and COVID-19 have challenged our community and stressed our Courts. Patience is a Necessity.
Many clients are referred to me by another satisfied client. Often I am asked to refer an attorney in a certain specialty such as family law. Recommendations have allowed me to build a business family unique in terms of character, responsibility, and awareness. If I do not have a solid recommendation, I will not make one.
So if you have friends or relatives who would be interested in legal services and are not represented by an attorney, contact me. I'm sure they would appreciate your recommendation and I appreciate your courtesy.
